Mahalo Lee Ann for sharing something so personal I’m saddened by your loss but inspired on how you press on and still have it within yourself to keep giving. Can’t wait for the day you walk through those doors.

That’s so cool! You’ll have to connect with Tom Kerr who also just moved to Kauai and start the Kauai Islander Ohana Chapter!

Welcome! I love the diversity of everyone’s background.

Btw – don’t worry so much about using a lot of Hawaiian language – what’s more important is to pronounce the Hawaiian words correctly. I understand how with a European background that speaking the language is important – here it’s less about using the language and more about simply pronouncing the words correctly – and I also will wager that your multi-lingual European background will probably be helpful. I’m certain the fact that I’m bi-lingual (Greek immigrant family) helped make it easier for me to pronounce Hawaiian words.

Looking forward to getting to know you both better!

Welcome Mario! August is right around the corner! You joined us just in time and I hope you’ll find the content valuable – you’ll also need to connect with Tom Kerr- another Islander Ohana member that lives on Kauai.

If you haven’t already started working with a Realtor on Kauai – LMK so I can connect you with our network via Dylan so we can credit you back your membership fee if you end up buying.

Love both your jobs! Please give me tips on how to improve my videos! Also tell Allyson I’m a “car guy” and KBB is my go-to for used car values & research.

Mahalo Phil! So appreciate you sharing with such detail! Hard to say what the “typical” Islander Ohana member is like – everyone is of course different, but you’re on the same general trendline here. Looking forward to getting to know you folks better!

Welcome back Judy! It’s so great to have your support! Love the home story! You folks were so wise to buy – right before the covid price jumps too. See you Saturday!

Mahalo Renee for sharing! It’s really great knowing everyone’s perspectives beforehand and also gives us the chance to connect in different ways – for instance, you might be surprised to know my wife is a Cook Islander – I proposed to her on Aitutaki and as you might imagine we’ve returned many times – most recently for a big family wedding in 2019!
