Aloha everyone! My wife Lisa and I are taking this class together.
6 years ago we installed an app on our phone counting down the days to June 1st, 2021, the day we would move to the beach. Amazingly, incredibly, somehow we are hitting that target dead square in the center. We will be there in 77 days!
Almost exactly 6 years ago on one of the first cool days of spring in Oklahoma, we were sitting in a Buffalo Wild Wings patio enjoying a couple of cold ones when we concocted our crazy scheme. We had been married less than a year and I had just started a new job after being out of work for a year and a half. We were dead broke. But why not? Let’s move to the beach, huzzah!
Ever since then we have prospered and we have worked every day to make this dream happen. We still don’t know if we can make it financially, so this is a soft move for now. But we’re going to do our darndest to make this a forever move!
I want to thank Peter for all his time in putting together his YouTube videos, the real estate show, and this islander cohort program. We think it’s a great thing, and are looking forward to getting involved and meeting you all!
