Despite falling into one of the outlier categories you mentioned in your program due to my previous employment experience, the high cost of living and real estate definitly hangs over us as we prepare for our move and interview with potential employers. I remain cautiously optimistic about securing employment that will meet our needs and allow us to live comfortably.

My name is Michael Stohner and I grew up on Oahu but left to join the military after 9/11. I am retiring this year after completing 20 years of service and am moving back to Oahu with my wife. We are excited about returning home, but realize that we are outsiders after being away for so long, and returning as professionals instead of high school or college students.
