We have two adult daughters that are not moving to Hawaii and two children coming with us that will be in high school. Having an answer to, what we will do if our children go back to the mainland after high school is the biggest challenge I foresee.
Your comment about having to deal with a lot of bs surprised me. I am very interested in hearing more details about that.
The public schools being harder on the haole students surprised me as well. For the adults to make it harder on specific students does not fit my understanding of the aloha spirit.
