Aloha! My name is Craig, and my wife’s name is Renee. We are a retired therapist and a retired school teacher. We were both born in Milwaukee. I am a Master Mason. We have a delightful little dog named Daisy, and a mellow old cat named Cinnamon. We fell in love with the BI during our honeymoon in 2021. We began looking at moving to Hawaii soon after! We are familiar with a few people who have made the move but are anxious to know more. On our trip to Maui last year we checked out the prices in the grocery store and found they weren’t nearly double of what we pay in the Northeast! Which says more about New England than anything I suppose lol. We are both looking for a home where there is plenty of fresh air and sunshine. Snow and ice are pretty but not what either of us are looking forward to in our senior years. I have become something of a fan of slack key music but struggle playing the ‘uke. I find Hawaiian and Polynesian culture and history interesting, and we both enjoy ‘Awa (me quite a bit more than Renee lol). I found the essence of the spirituality presentation extraordinarily attractive. It is so in line with my own feelings. It is something I want to be part of. Hoping to make a go of this!
