The content is the result of a special meeting of Islander Ohana Alumni that have made the move to to Hawaii, addressing questions like:
- Despite all your preparations, what were you the least prepared for?
- What was the most surprising thing you discovered?
- If you could go back in time, what would you have taught yourself before making the move?
- What’s been your biggest disappointment?
Over the past few Islander Ohana meetups, we’ve realized that despite the fact that we’ve shared what’s important to know about life in Hawaii, there are so many more details that come up when one first makes the move and over the years and these all sink into the “take it for granted” category. This course is designed to fill that void.
